SkiBig3 Lift Ticket Delivery, Explained

Wouldn’t it be so nice to skip the lift ticket line? Can you imagine arriving at your hotel after a long day of travel and your lift ticket is waiting for you at check-in? Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, actually, SkiBig3 Lift Ticket delivery does all of that. We make sure your lift tickets find you, rather than you searching for them before you arrive. That way, you can spend more time shredding and less time queuing. Here’s how it all works…

If you purchase SkiBig3 Lift Tickets more than 72 hours prior to arrival…

SkiBig3 Lift Ticket Delivery to Hotels

Checking in to a hotel in Banff, Lake Louise or Canmore? Our delivery drivers will bring your SkiBig Lift Tickets to the front desk before you arrive. The hotel staff will pass them to you at check-in.

If you select tickets online, before 72 hours of arrival, simply select the first hotel you plan to stay at and we’ll make sure your lift tickets get there before you do. If you book lift tickets over the phone, with one of our Vacation Specialists, they will ask for your hotel details and arrange hotel lift ticket delivery for you.

What if my hotel is not on the drop-down menu?

If your hotel is not listed in the drop-down menu, select the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub as your pick-up location in Banff or Canmore, whichever is more convenient. While we try and deliver to most of the major hotels in Banff, Lake Louise and Canmore, some smaller or privately-owned hotels are not on our list. We do not deliver to AirBnB units.

If you’re staying in Canmore

If you’re staying in Canmore, you can pick up your SkiBig3 Lift Tickets from the Canmore Adventure Hub.

If you purchase SkiBig3 Lift Tickets within 72 hours of arrival…

SkiBig3 Lift Ticket Pick-Up Location

When you purchase your SkiBig3 Lift Tickets within 72 hours of arrival, we are not able to guarantee that your SkiBig3 Lift Tickets will make it to your hotel on time. SkiBig3 Lift tickets purchased within 72 hours of arrival can only be picked up at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub.

This being said, when purchasing lift tickets, you must select the drop-down option to pick them up at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub. Located at 114 Banff Ave. (next to the Mcdonald’s on Banff’s main street), “the Hub” is situated in an incredibly central location in downtown Banff. It’s a 5 to 20-minute walk from any major hotel.

Popping into the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub is also a quick easy stop if you are driving through from Canmore and onward towards Lake Louise or any of the three ski resorts on your first day of skiing.

Important tip: Make sure the name matches

If you choose SkiBig3 Lift Ticket delivery to your hotel, the name on the lift tickets must match the name that’s on your hotel reservation. The hotel will not give you the lift tickets if the name at check-in does not match the name on the lift tickets. If you need to change the name on your SkiBig3 Lift Tickets to match your hotel booking, give our Vacation Specialists a call on 1-844-754-2443.

If you are picking up your SkiBig3 Lift Tickets in Banff or Canmore, at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub, the same rule applies - make sure you have a piece of photo ID that matches the name that is on the lift tickets.
